The service at this hotel was exceptional. the staff always knew our room number and were very attentive. the meals were elegant and delicious. the hotel location was perfect for the new year's festivities and provided easy access to activities. the hotel offered bed turndown service and cleaned the room twice a day, which was a nice bonus.
Our room was not soundproof, and we could hear all the noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms. the Wi-Fi signal was not strong in our room, and we had to go to the lobby to get a good connection.

Our stay during the New Year was great! The hotel infrastructure was well maintained and the staff was extremely attentive, greeting us by name. It felt like the hotel was located in the heart of the town as there were plenty of shops and restaurants around. One great thing was that the towels and linens were replaced twice a day, which was exceptional.
Despite the impeccable service, the meals served were elegant but not always to our liking, we wished there were more options. the cleaning of the rooms during mealtimes meant we had to schedule our day carefully or miss out on the amenities.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The staff greeted us by our name and they were always willing to help. The hotel facilities were impeccable, and the cleanliness was outstanding. The location was perfect with easy access to transportation. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was amazing with a variety of options available.

We couldn't have asked for a better location. the hotel is conveniently situated, making it easy to access nearby amenities. the room is spacious and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and a lovely view. the bathroom is immaculate and well-stocked with plush towels and complimentary toiletries. the service is superb, with the attentive staff making sure we had everything we needed. the breakfast is delectable with an array of options to suit all tastes. the facilities are exceptional, including a gym and spa, adding to the ultimate experience.
